Alimansyah Putra, Adi Winarto ABSTRACT Pasak bumi (Eurycoma longifolia Jack) is one of plants that were often used as aphrodisiac. This study was conducted to access the behaviour parameter in sexual desire and its changes after receiving herb plant. Three deferent doses refer to the previous reported effective dose of pasak bumi 90 mg/Kg BW, 500 mg/Kg BW and 1000 mg/Kg BW were evaluated. Tea service of grinded-pasak bumi was given per oral once a day for 3 days. The daily evaluation on behaviour found 12 different activities that most frequent were identified. Based on the activities frequency after being teased using oestrus female, 6 activities were used as sexual behaviour indicator in evaluating treatment group. The evaluation of 6 sexual behaviour indicators to the treatment group was noticed that 4 out of 6 activities are significantly increases in frequency compare to those in control group.
